Like Helena, Walla Walla is a strong contender for a future homebase. The food and wine scene here are amazing for a small city practically in the middle of nowhere. I’ve yet to consume anything here that was meh. Do yourself a favor, if you visit, and head over to Time and Direction; a scifi high concept winery that delivers with both schtick and wine.
